• Send emails on your behalf through the Gmail API, using the permissions you grant during sign-in.
• Record and display recipient responses in your dashboard.
• Notify you by email when a recipient responds.
• Enforce usage limits associated with your subscription plan.
• Improve and maintain the Services.

3. Gmail API Data Use

Easy Reply's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the Gmail scope necessary to send messages on your behalf and do not use this access to read your inbox, and we do not use Gmail data for advertising purposes.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as our hosting and database providers), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services on our behalf.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and question/response data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
