One question. A few honest answers.
“Any thoughts?” makes your prospect do the work. Ask something specific instead.
| Your next email | A smaller ask |
|---|---|
| First follow-up | “Would a short example help?” |
| Already interested | “Would a quick call next week be useful?” |
| Wrong contact? | “Do you handle this at your company?” |
Offer yes, later and no when they fit. Send what you promised. Respect a decline—and any request to stop.
Before you send
- Relevant? Give this person a real reason to care.
- Clear? Ask one question, not three.
- Deliverable? Check your sending setup. Buttons cannot fix spam placement.
Add the buttons in Gmail
- Add Easy Reply to Chrome. Sender setup is required; recipients need no extension or Easy Reply account.
- Authorize Google. In v1.79, the authorization modal stays over your Gmail compose window.
- Click the lightning bolt. Add 2–4 answer options, check them, then send.
Setup time varies. There is no guaranteed two-minute setup.
What arrives in your inbox?
The recipient selects an answer and confirms. Easy Reply sends a notification in the original thread from noreply@easyreply.email—not from the prospect’s account.
Check Reply-To before replying to that notification; do not assume your reply will reach the prospect.
Easier to answer is not a guaranteed reply-rate lift. Track positive replies and booked meetings, not just button clicks.
